TJ Bell
FOUNDING DIRECTOR
TJ Bell is a highly accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in security risk management, business resilience, and emergency management. As the founder of Bell Risk Group, TJ brings high-level expertise, honed through a distinguished career in military and government security roles, and private consultancy. His achievements include leading security operations for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games, implementing critical infrastructure protection programs, and delivering strategic guidance to organisations across sectors.
TJ’s academic credentials include a Master of Justice (Strategic Intelligence) from Queensland University of Technology and a Certificate IV in Cyber Security. He is also an active member of the Australian Institute of Professional Intelligence Officers and holds a national security clearance, underscoring his deep commitment to excellence and integrity.
Among his career highlights, TJ has been recognised on the Queen’s Birthday Honour List with the Conspicuous Service Medal for meritorious achievement in specialist intelligence training. Additionally, he was awarded the Gange Award by the Australian Intelligence Corps Association for his contributions to the field.
